Permit to remodel an existing 5,740 sq ft one story, wood framed credit union office building with a covered drive-thru. Work to include: construction of new metal stud framed interior non-bearing partition walls for a storage room and coin machine room; new interior lighting; new doors and hardware; electrical and mechanical work; and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances.
