Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select interior glazing, removal of select door/door frame, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, select new door/door frame, select new interior glazing, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
