(INTEGRITY AUDIO VISUAL – RACKING – SOUTH END OF BUILDING A) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. To install steel storage racks a maximum of 12 feet tall within the 8,356 square foot warehouse portion of a 10,162 square foot tenant space. Interior tenant improvement work was done under permit BLD18-02561 for “Integrity Audio Visual”. The racks will be attached to the existing concrete floor using one 1/2" Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ anchor embedded 3.5 inches for each base plate. Anchors post-installed in hardened concrete are required to comply with ESR-1917 and are required to have Special Inspection. The racks and their installation are required to comply with RMI/ANSI MH 16.1--12. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
