(IMPERIAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS – 1st FLOOR LOBBY – UNIT C2-A) Permit is to remodel the existing 1st floor interior storefront area. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior business storefront window and door and replace with new storefront window and door, removal of select interior nonbearing wall and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. The entire basement of this existing high-rise building is required to have a fire sprinkler system. The rest of the building does not have fire sprinklers. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
