(VANILLA – SUITE #130) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 4,067 sq. ft. office/warehouse space within an existing 25,256 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls to create an open office area, removal of select door/door frames and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
