TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 7,252 sq. ft. office tenant space on the by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 1,480 sq. ft. and the remaining 5,772 sq. ft. is to be an occupied office tenant space created under BLD18-04315.
