(GARRO/CARROLLS BUILDING - RESTROOM REMODEL) 03/20/19 PLAN MODIFCATION TO ADD EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS IN RESTROOMS ON 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS. **This building is sprinklered to allow 5th floor. Permit is to remodel the restrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Work to include: demolition of wall/doors/toilet partitions, removal of plumbing fixtures/accessories, new walls, new doors, remodeled plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and new interior finish that meets IBC chapter 8 requirements. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of the project. This building is fully fire sprinklered; any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
