(APEX SYSTEMS – 8TH FLOOR - SUITE #830) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,611 sq. ft. tenant space on the 8th floor that was previously an occupied tenant space created under BLD13-01384. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate select doors, removal of select millwork, construction of nonbearing walls to create an office, a server room, an interview room, a conference room and a reception/waiting area, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JHB**
