The shell and core work will be done under permit BLD18-04579 with tenant improvement permits to follow. Work is to include removing existing interior concrete floors, existing interior wood floors, HVAC equipment, existing lath and plaster ceilings, interior wall infills, interior non-bearing and non-shear walls, floor finishes, and wall finishes. No exterior demolition (including roof work and exterior window work) or structural demolition is allowed under this permit. No new work is authorized under this permit.
