Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 998 square foot tenant space to be used as a wellness office to include counseling. This tenant space is located in in an existing 8,818 square foot building. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
