Permit is to construct tenant improvements within a new 21,885 sq. ft. building shell (Shell under BLD17-00763) to make a 4,072 sq. ft. tenant space for office and warehouse use (1,231 sq. ft. office area + 2,741 sq. ft. warehouse area). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to make an open office area, a warehouse area and an accessible restroom, select new door/door frames, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
