To remodel a 1,543 square foot tenant space located on the 17 story of the US Bank Building. This tenant space was created from a larger space under permit BLD18-04315. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
