Permit is for the construction of a clean room within an existing 2,079 sq. ft. pharmacy that was permitted under BLD00-00342 by Syncor International Corporation. Work is to include a new accessible restroom, new prefabricated laboratory panel walls, new non-bearing interior partitions, new accessible doors, laboratory equipment, new suspended ceiling, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. There is an existing 1-hour tenant wall noted on the drawings. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Racking or storage that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit.
