(VANILLA – CAPTIAL TERRACE BUILDING - 2ND FLOOR) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to perform interior remodel work on the 2nd floor at the southwest portion of the building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select existing handrails, removal of select floor finish, removal of select FRP paneling, select new structural slab floor infill with underside sprayed fire-resistant materials on the structural supports, select new interior nonbearing wall partitions, select new rated shaft wall, select new door/door frame, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: special inspection required, see attached 310 form. Note 2: Per outsource engineering beam sizes are not called out at shaft infill area, but assumed to be same as at stair infill since same details are used. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
