(ACHD ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION – 2ND STORY – CSC BUILDING – OCCUPANCY) The fire sprinkler system is used for story and area increase. This tenant space was altered to its current layout under permit BLD18-03757. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to a new office tenant to occupy an existing 17,387 square foot office and conference room tenant space located on the 2nd story of an existing 2 story building. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Simplot”. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. **CJW**
