**(SALES & MARKETING HEURISTICS)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 5,155 sq. ft. office building for a new tenant, “Sales & Marketing Heuristics”. This building was previously occupied by “IDAHO SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION” under BLD07-02455. This building has two stairs from the second floor. Under the previous permit, the west stair was required to be a 1-hour stairway enclosure. On the first floor, the wall and door at the bottom of the stair enclosure was removed and the stairs have been reevaluated to show compliance as interior exit access stairs under the 2015 IBC (rather than interior exit stairs). Refer to plan review report for evaluation. This building is NOT Fire sprinklered. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. **JAR**
