(BALANCE RECOVERY – COUNSELING SERVICES – OCCUPANCY) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a new counseling services office tenant within an existing 1,255 square foot tenant space located within an existing 4,450 square foot building that has a total of 3 office tenant spaces and a common toilet room core with its own means of egress to the outside. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. **CJW**
