(STRANGE LOVE) The fire sprinkler system is used for fire area and for story increase. Permit is to remodel select areas of the existing 8,006 sq. ft. first floor of the existing assembly building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of lounge seating and create a new 106 sq. ft. storage room, select new interior nonbearing walls, select new door/door frame, removal of select interior nonbearing walls and millwork to create a new 60 sq. ft. bar area, a new 16 sq. ft. raised floor to match the seating area floor level, select new guardrail, select new wall infill, new millwork, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
