Permit is to remodel a 4,610 square foot office space on the 11,250 square foot 12th floor (Shell and Core done under BLD12-01991). Work is to include: demolition of existing non-bearing walls/doors, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create; a waiting / reception area, 3 conference rooms, 9 individual offices, an open office area, a file storage area, a copy/work room, and a break room. There will be installation of new lighting, installation of new plumbing, installation of new mechanical, and new interior finishes to comply with Chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
