**HILLSIDE** **WUI FOOTHILLS ZONE A** **PRESCRIPTIVE ENERGY REQUIREMENTS** Permit for the construction of a new 2,254 sq. ft., two story (garage and mechanical room basement level, all living upper level) single family dwelling with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, approximately 522 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 1,279-sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans and any notations. R-1B zoning and setbacks per planning. JJNA letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
