**(BOISE LAW GROUP – SUITE #300)** Permit is to remodel an existing 4,927 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 2,353 sq. ft. and the remaining 2,574 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD19-01290. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select millwork, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, construction of interior nonbearing walls to create (3) offices, a break room and a storage closet, select new door/door frames, (1) new 90 minute rated door at new stair enclosure door opening, select new interior windows, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: per architect the rated 3rd floor elevator lobby is being downgraded to a non-rated smoke partition per the 2015 IBC section 3006.3(2). This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
