(VANILLA - BUILDING A - SUITE #106) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. This building is fire sprinkled for area increase and fire area. Permit is to create a 3,398 sq.ft. vanilla space within a 28,500 sqft shell built under BLD18-02799. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, accessible bathroom, and an open office area. (1) new RTU to be installed with associated ductwork. Electrical work and plumbing work. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system.
