Special Inspections are required for the post-installed concrete anchors per the attached form #310. Permit is for the remodel to an existing residential home that was constructed in 1959 per Ada County Land Records. This project scope and use falls under the Oxford housing policy; however, the applicant has requested that it be reviewed under the IBC for R-4 Occupancy. Project scope includes; demolition of interior non-load bearing walls, removal of doors, removal of plumbing fixtures, new interior non-load bearing walls, new toilet/shower rooms, stair modification, new emergency egress windows, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 13R as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate fire sprinkler and alarm permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any installation work on such systems. **JHB**
