(ST. LUKES – WGCP - AUDITORIUM) Permit is to remodel an existing 5,514 sq. ft. auditorium. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select portion of the auditorium stage, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select wall paneling, removal of select millwork, removal of select gypsum ceiling, construction of a new accessible stage ramp, a new raised stage platform, select wall infill, select new door/doorframes, millwork, new stage soffit, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system is used for unlimited area of the building. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: This building is also equipped with a smoke evacuation system that is required to be tested annually. **JG**
