(BOISE WINDOW & DOOR) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. To remodel a 10,360 square foot warehouse formerly used by a Corporate Office Installation under BLD14-02671. The shell and core were built under BLD07-02855. Work to include: new exterior storefront windows, new interior non-bearing walls and doors to create a new open office area, new 598 SF conference room, new breakroom, mechanical work including a new rooftop unit on existing curb, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. The existing warehouse area to remain unaltered per attached plans. Racking or storage that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. This building uses non-separated uses for tenant occupancies. **JHB**
