Work to include: Demo and removal of interior non-load bearing walls and doors. Construct interior non-load bearing walls, new doors, new interior doors, new 6'-0" x 24'-0" interior window, mechanical work, and some electrical work. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC.
