Work to include: Minor demolition, construct non-load bearing interior walls, doors, millwork, accessible reception counter, and minor electrical work. This building is fire sprinkled in lieu of opening protection at the alley, rated corridors, basement enclosure, elevator lobbies, etc. It is also fire sprinkled because it has occupied floors more than 55 feet above the sidewalk and to allow one stairway to egress through a nonrated lobby on the 1st floor. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
