(ZEROREZ®) **Permit for a carpet cleaning company to occupy an existing 7,107 sq ft tenant space. This space was previously occupied by “8 Feathers Distillery” under BLD18-03100. This permit is for work previously done without a permit to enlarge the opening in the wall between the warehouse and a storage from a 10‘-0” to 16’-0” opening, to add a sink in the breakroom and sink in the warehouse, and to permanently lock and block the second storage exit door, which is not a required exit. An occupant load reduction for plumbing fixtures has been approved for this tenant only; any changes to the space or tenant will require a new occupant load reduction letter and reevaluation of plumbing fixture count. Any racking over 8’-0” requires a separate racking permit. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
