**(VANILLA – SUITE #301)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 7,620 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 3,677 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,674 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD19-4538. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, select new door/door frame, reverse existing entry door swing and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for one-hour substitution, with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
