(TURF EQUIPMENT & AGRONOMICS LLC - BUILDING B - SUITE #128) This building is fire sprinkled for area increase and fire area. Permit is to construct tenant improvements within a new 37,200 sq. ft. building (Shell under BLD18-02802) to make a 4,592 sq. ft. tenant space for office and warehouse use (435 sq. ft. office area + 4,020 sq. ft. warehouse area). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create demising wall, an office, an open front office area and an accessible bathroom, door/door frames, suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, (1) new RTU’s to be installed with associated ductwork, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and Interior finishes shall be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system.
