NO FRAMING ALLOWED. Engineering has been provided. Builder is beginning "At Own Risk". Any construction not in compliance with the code are the owner’s responsibility and shall be corrected at the owner's expense. The foundations are required to be placed per the approved site plan and shall comply with the issued grading and drainage plans as well as the ESC plans. Structural, Electrical and Plumbing signatures required ***BJM*** Zoning and setbacks per planning. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
