**(TURF EQUIPMENT & AGRONOMICS - BUILDING B - SUITE #132)** Permit is to remodel an existing 8,742 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 4,850 sq. ft. (594 sq. ft. office + 4,161 sq. ft. warehouse) and the remaining 3,833 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied office/warehouse vanilla tenant space created under BLD20-01178 Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing tenant demising wall, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
