New tenant space will be 6,065 sq. ft. This building is fire sprinklered for fire area. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Remove select walls to combine tenant spaces into one; create select doors/doorframes; install new drinking fountain; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered.
