Discussed required items that shall be installed to code.
Verify minimum 20 amp appliance circuits are present. Kitchen receptacle layout complies.
Bathroom receptacles shall have a dedicated 20 amp circuit.
Required wall receptacles for kitchen area, living, dining.
Add smoke detectors for main floor and basement.
Grounding type receptacles installed on ungrounded circuits shall have GFCI protection or change to 2 wire receptacles. No AFCI required no work done in beds.
6-3 in basement shall be removed, owner eventually wants range in basement. Not zoned or designed for range in basement.
AC unit is new and shall provide a minimum of 3' from gas meter. A receptacle outlet shall be located with in 25' of AC unit. All wiring in garage that has been installed by prior owner or tenant shall be remove due to none is installed to NEC.
Receptacle exists in front of house shall have GFCI protection.
