110.12(B)- Equipment shall not be damaged. In ground junction box damaged on center light pole.
352.46- Where a conduit enters a box or enclosure a bushing or adapter shall be installed to protect conductors from damage. All in ground boxes.
I checked wrong location on 7-10-19. Actual location installation complete and all good.

Not sure if you need to inspect the public works street lights before we pour but i have called them for inspection tomorrow. If you need to see them before concrete also please do so.
