Needed rough in inspection.

250.24(A)(5)- Grounding and grounded conductors shall be connected on load side of service. Need a equipment grounding conductor to sub panel in shop.
250.118- All non current carrying metal parts of equiment shall be connected to as equipment grounding conductor. Complete make-up so inspector can inspect connections.
314.29- Covers for conduit bodies shall remain accessible, Owner to build access for LB under panel.
334.30- NM cables shall be secured with in 12'" of entering panel.
406.12- All receptacle outlets installed in a residential garage shall be tamper resistant type.

Pamphlet given, discussed wall cover required for all wiring below 8', 6" of useable wire at each box prior to termination, type of receptacles, tamper, WR, GFCI protection, inspections required. Owner has done work in past and has good grasp on scope of work.
