Approved for construction,scheduled to begin tomorrow or Friday. Permit signs posted, additional BMPs in process of being installed including:

-DI bags x2 on alley behind construction
- lined concrete washout (first 3 homes used washout in DHE #12)
- permiter wattle along the south edge/sidewalk
- silt fence/construction fencing to control trackout and access to lots from alley. Allowed to be untrenched as it is intended as an administrative control rather than sediment control.
