The project consists of a 224,226 square foot "Envelope and Tenant Improvement Package" for the St Luke's Orthopedic Hospital located at 27th Street and Fairview Avenue.

The project includes a mixed occupancy building with a 3 story wing of I2 occupancy hospital and a 4 story wing of B occupancy medical office building including: clinics, office space, and conference rooms. Site scope includes all of the campus landscaping improvements and 3 free standing exterior entry canopies, scope also includes all of the campus site lighting. An exterior utility yard with mechanical and electrical components serving the hospital/ MOB building is included in the scope of this package.

Refer to 2 separate packages for remainder of the developments scope. A separate package includes the development's Parking Garage and connected Utility Yard/ Trash Enclosure wall. A separate package includes the development's Concrete and Steel package with all of the campus civil and the building's structural scope.
