Employees are now parking in paved bank lot. Dirt lot off Vinnell is now barricaded with candles, barrells, and tape with a no tresspassing sign. Rock entrance leading onto site. Area has been rolled and prepped for paving. Will need to continue to sweep any tracking out of parking lot.

Site work in progress. Water truck on site. Some dust when excavators pick up buckets, no blowing dust. Inlets in parking lot protected. No ESC issues.

Approved site inspection and requested that if the adajacent open lot is used, BMPs will be needed to control trackout & fugitive dust. He stated he plans to limit use on this lot.

No ESC corrections at this time. Approved for construction. Follow up scheduled.

Permits posted on job trailer window. Posted green ESC sign at front construction sign.

Initial BMPs installed. Private storm drains that receive runoff from site have had sediment bags installed.

Follow up inspection scheduled to discuss use of open lot behind site for staging. No construction entrance to Vinnel. Could become trackout & dust issue. Notified project manager Rick w/ Knoebel.of follow. Approved to start construction.
