Development includes 272 dwelling units in ten buildings ranging from two to four stories, seven detached garage structures, two accessory buildings, and a clubhouse building with community pool, along with associated landscaping and site improvements. Main building area is approximately 310,000 square foot consisting of (30) 1-bedroom/1-bath junior units, (64) 1-bedroom/1-bath units, (12) 2-bedroom/1-bath units, (94) 2-bedroom/2-bath units, (16) 2-bedroom/2-1/2-bath townhouse units and (56) 3-bedroom/2-bath units, clubhouse, community and maintenance buildings.
