(LAKE CITY INTERNATIONAL) * To upgrade the buildings fire sprinkler system which includes adding a sprinkler in the Accounting Office, change out a painted head in a stairway, add two sprinklers in the Drivers Lounge, repair leaking head in the Paint Office, replace damaged piping and recharge the Wash-Bay anti-freeze loop. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any other permit.
