The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a 6” IBR stubbed outside of the building ONLY. The underground layout was not submitted and would not have been approved. Again, the approval is for the stub out from the proposed storage building ONLY.

Plan Mod #1
Install a new underground main from a connection provided by the water purveyor to the IBR previously installed. Per the plans this will be the ONLY building connected to this underground supply. The new underground supply is approximatel 335’± with necessary fittings and thrust blocks.


Building Department Scope:

Winco General Office - Records Storage Building - To construct a new 9,365 square foot, one story, masonry and steel framed record storage building and related site improvements. This building is being built on the north side of the existing Winco office building. This building is being structurally designed for a future second floor addition for a storage. This building is fully fire sprinkled. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
