All items tested ok except the interconnection of wires run between the buildings. The circuits were not installed in metalic conduit as per the redlined plans, but instead in PVC. After confiring with Doug Poedy it was clear in both NFPA 72 and NEC that the only options for the interbuilding fire alarm circuiting are: provide a metalic cable shield (grounded to the building electrode system), run in metalic conduit (grounded to the building electrode system), or provide isolation modules. Items also needing addressed are the descriptions for the HVAC units in the records storage building.
