The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of 6” x 33’ C-900 underground piping with associated fittings, thrust blocks and restraints.


Building Department Scope:

Whole Foods Market (Cold Shell and Site Work Permit) - To construct a new 35,600 square foot, on story with 6,000 square foot mezzanine grocery store and related site improvements. The site work will include the entire site including the Walgreens. This building is constructed of masonry exterior walls and steel frame construction. This is a shell permit only and separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
