Missing part of the city approved plans, on ceiling mounted strobe was overspace on the upper level, missing document box. The single strobe in the basement is overspaced and will not provide coverage in a pocket at the bottom of the stairs and in the area under the stairs. These two areas are not shown on the plans. Also the ceiling mounted duct work in the basement cuases an obstruction to the smoke detectors due to exceeding 10% of the ceiling height so spacing needs to be adjusted. I spoke to Lee and there is a possibility that the fire alarm system can be deleted from the basement if the contractor chooses not to provide modifications. Permission and as-builts will be needed prior to a final inspection. Also the address is incorrect. No actual testing was performed.
