TVFP WILL RECONFIGURE THE HEADS AND ARM OVERS IN THE AREA OF WORK. THE NEW HEAD LAYOUT IS TO ACCOMMODATE THE REMODEL AND COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 STANDARDS. THE EXISTING MAIN AND LINES WILL STAY IN PLACE WITH EXISTING EARTHQUAKE BRACING AND HANGERS.

(THE OWYHEE – TI #9 – BASEMENT) Fire sprinkler system used for area, story, and height increases. To construct a 957 square foot shell office tenant space and to remodel 3 storage rooms (404 square feet total) located within the central portion of the basement of the Owyhee Place historic building. The shell and core upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-00938. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, relocated or new interior doors, relocated or new interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. Saw cutting the existing concrete floor to accommodate a new plumbing drain line will also be done. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 (including quick-response heads where not provided) and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
