Units 'A' have one bedroom, one den, and two bathrooms. Units 'B' have two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All 4 dwelling units have their own independent exit. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partition separations are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13R as regulated by the fire department. **AJS**
