The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of converting an existing sprinkler shell sprinkler system to protect a new tenant. There is a small spray paint booth and mixing room with separate valved connections.

The owner states the facility is a mercantile/wholesale business. The drawings do not indicate a warehouse area. The quantity of IB, IC, II and IIIA flammable liquids is less than 7500 Gal which is allowed in Table IFC: 5704.3.4.1 for mercantile and wholesale. The HMIS indicates there are no 1A flammable liquids

(SHERWIN-WILLIAMS – Building #1 - South end - Ste# 104) Permit is to build out a 4,768 sq. ft. new tenant space in an existing 19,600 square foot shell building (shell constructed under BLD14-01651). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Note: envelope was approved with the shell permit. Work to include: construction of new interior partition walls, new accessible restroom, new plumbing, new electrical, new mechanical, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
