The remaining rough-in for the wet system basically passed with some small items that need addressed. First the plans/calculations need to be re-approved showing the additional 90's and the combustible concealed spaces at the columns and fire places need addressed. Also four dry pendants have not been installed which also needs approved.

Todays inspection was for the same area as previously inspected but for tenting. All tenting in this area is ok except one small spot. I discussed with Herb that prior to a cover inspection being given I need verification of insulation in the eaves to keep the sprinkler coverage with-in the 30' requirements and to verify insulation in the dog houses.

See the city approved plans with notations in red for areas of the wet system and dry system inspected. I noted that I need access to the dog houses to verify insulation, sway bracing attachment needs to be verified. Tenting had been started but was not complete so all tenting will need to be verifed. Also the wet system remote area needs re-verified due to pipe routing changes near the closet area on the most remote line in the hydraulic calc. area.
