Permit is to remodel an existing 8,184 sq. ft. retail area within an existing 24,303 sq. ft. retail/warehouse building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select suspended ceiling, removal of select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create offices, display areas, a reception area and a warehouse demising wall, select new door/door frames, accessible Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, select new and relocation of existing light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
